ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We can decline or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out, if the price was listed wrong, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Stock counts are accurate when posted but can change between your click and our confirmation.

PRICING

Prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include taxes or shipping unless it says so. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but never on an order you've already paid for.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We describe everything as accurately as we can and the photos are of the actual product. Screens vary, so colour can look slightly different on your monitor than in your hands.

RETURNS

Covered by the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

If you make an account, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under it.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

Don't use this store to break the law, don't try to break into it, and don't copy the Rusted name, logo, photos, or written content for your own use.
