Will it actually stay cold all shift?
The whole main compartment is insulated — not a token cooler pocket bolted onto a backpack. Throw a frozen pack in with your lunch and it'll still be cold at last break.

How big is it?
35 litres — sized for a real lunch: containers, drinks, and the extras. Not a snack bag.

What's the USB port for?
Charging on the go. You supply the power bank — it rides inside the bag and connects to the port, so you can top your phone up without unpacking anything. No battery included; use the one you've already got.

What are the Crew Containers?
Glass, because plastic never survives the year. Three sizes — 370 ml, 640 ml and 1040 ml. Clear glass body, clear lid, silicone gasket, and four clamps, one per side. BPA free.

Do the containers fit in the Crew Pack?
That's what they're built for — they ride in the insulated compartment. The bodies nest inside each other with the lids off, so the empties don't take up your whole bag on the way home.

Can I get the containers as a set?
Singly, or in packs of 3, 5 and 10 when they're in stock. Mix the sizes to suit how you actually pack a lunch.

What does shipping cost?
The backpack ships for $14.90 across Canada, or $21.90 express. Clothing ships free on orders over $200 — that's about three hoodies. Under that, it's calculated at checkout before you pay.

When do I get it?
The backpack ships from stock, usually within 2 business days. Clothing is printed after you order it, so it takes a few days longer before it ships. Order both and they may turn up separately, with tracking for each.

Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States. We're not shipping further afield yet.

What size should I get?
There's a size chart on every clothing page — measurements of the garment laid flat, in inches and centimetres. The long sleeve runs smaller than usual, so size up if you're between. Not sure? Email us before you order.

What if something breaks?
Message us and we'll make it right. Repair, replacement or refund. Normal wear from real work isn't a defect — that's the gear doing its job.
