Orders ship within a few business days. If something's going to take longer, we'll email you rather than leave you wondering.

WHERE WE SHIP AND WHAT IT COSTS

Available destinations and rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you're close by we'll hand it to you and there's no shipping cost. Message us to arrange it.

TRACKING

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipping outside Canada may be charged duties or import taxes on arrival. That's set by the destination country, not by us, and it isn't included in what you pay at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Email support@rustedsupply.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. You're not eating the cost of a courier's mistake.
