Size guide
Measurements are of the garment laid flat, not of you. The quickest way to get this right: take a shirt you already like, lay it flat, measure it, and match the numbers below.
Everything here is cut for a working fit — room to move, no tailoring. Allow about ±1″ for manufacturing tolerance.
The Hoodie

The Long Sleeve

Body length from high point shoulder. Body width measured flat across the chest, 1″ below the armhole. The supplier flags this blank as running smaller than usual — trust the measurements above over the letter on the tag, and size up if you are between.
Between sizes? Size up on the long sleeve. On the hoodie, size up only if you plan to wear it over thermals or hi-vis — it is already cut relaxed.
